March 6-8 AMA Pro Street Valdosta, GA

Saturday 7 - Qualifying

1st pass was a disaster due to the Air not getting turned on for my
AMS and Shifter. ET = 8.45 @ 141 mph
-
2nd pass I mishifted 3rd to
4th but the rest of the run showed us we were
heading in the right direction for getting the clutch set back up. This
run put me as the First Female to Qualify in Pro Street with a 7 sec
pass. I was also the First Female to Qualify in the top 13 of the field.
ET = 7.91 @ 180 mph

April 3-5 AMA Pro Street Atlanta, GA

1st pass we were battling the bike over heating and
spitting water out of the over flow bottle getting my rear tire wet down
track. ET =

2nd pass we discovered I had a blown head gasket,
thanks to the technical support of Nem my Crew Cheif, Eric at Rev'd Up
Motorsports, and Joe from Orient Express. All of whom I owe my ability
to run the next day to because it was them that tore my motor down and
changed out the head gasket and put the motor back in the bike well into
the wee hrs of the morning.. ET =

- Did not Qualify in top 16 to make it to the Shootout Event
- Sunday 5 - Eliminations for Pro Street B Class

2nd round

Final Round I was pared up with non other than Ricky
Gadson himself. You could not have had a closer run. We left almost at
the exact same time.. our ET's were the same to the tenth until near the
end when I started to pull away but then just before the end my bike had
a sudden decrease of acceleration then the came back up almost just as
quick allowing me to keep the lead and take the win by .02 of a second.
It was the most exciting run I've ever had even if it wasn't one
of my usual times. I had still not known I had won when I passed the
finish line because Ricky had flew passed me just as I got off the gas,
my initial thought was that I had let off too soon and he took the win.
But as I rounded the turn off point and got the thumbs up and a big grin
from the AMA crewman I knew then that I had won and my heart felt like
it did a flip flop right then and there LOL. Ricky gave me the thumbs up
as he rode past me and continued on to his pit area. After returning to
my own pit area My Crew Chief (Nem) told me that Ricky came by to say
send me over he'd autograph my time slip for me. And you better believe
I did! That's one for the scrap book for sure. ET
= 7.92 @ 175 mph
